Thida
About
Tr. Thida is a dedicated ICT educator with a strong background in both early childhood and technology-based instruction. With experience spanning across online and in-person teaching environments, she has effectively taught coding fundamentals to students aged 7 to 17 and laid strong academic foundations for primary-level learners. From June 2023 to January 2025, she served as an online ICT teacher, guiding a class of 25 students and achieving a 75% average passing rate. Her creative approach—using interactive coding challenges—helped boost student engagement and track progress. Prior to that, from June 2022 to February 2024, she worked as a primary school teacher, fostering essential reading, writing, and problem-solving skills in Grade 1 students through quizzes and activities designed to spark curiosity and joy in learning.
Since April 2025, Tr. Thida has been working as a Senior IT Coach at CIY.CLUB MM in Mandalay, where she coaches young coders aged 7–17 using hands-on, project-based learning. Her role focuses on strengthening students’ logic, creativity, and coding confidence through activities in game development and digital tools.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Greenwich (2020) with Second Class Honors (1st Division), along with Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Computing from NCC Education. Committed to lifelong learning, she has completed several teacher training programs with Bright Future ECCD Training Center, covering kindergarten to primary-level education.
Tr. Thida brings a blend of technical skills—including web development, Microsoft Office, Canva, and coding—with soft skills such as communication, creativity, and team collaboration. Her early internships as a Junior System Analyst at MCC Group strengthened her understanding of IT systems, and she continues to merge that technical knowledge with a passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
