Hein Zarni Tun
About
Hein Zarni Tun is the Founder and Tech Lead of Prolific4U – Computing Academy & Digital Solutions based in Mandalay, Myanmar. His work bridges education and technology, with a strong focus on making computing skills more accessible and impactful for learners across the country.
In 2024, Hein Zarni Tun was awarded a full scholarship by Strategy First International College to pursue an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton, a partner university in the UK. He previously earned his BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich through MCC.i in 2017, and his BA in English from Yadanarpon University in 2018.
He also holds a Diploma in English from Mandalay University of Foreign Languages, as well as Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Computing from NCC Education (UK).
His teaching journey began right after graduation, starting with MCC.i and later serving as an assistant teacher at Ayeyarwaddy International School. He has since worked as an ICT and Computer Science instructor at STI Myanmar University.
Currently, he teaches ICT at Guarantee International College and Global Pathways International School, where he continues to support students in building future-ready skills through a learner-centered and practical approach.
Hein Zarni Tun is especially interested in the intersections of education, technology, and social development, and remains committed to contributing to Myanmar’s digital education landscape.
